Busy mom’s are on the go a lot. And if you are addicted to the net, or you are a social media maven, chances are you are itching to get back to your computer as soon as you can. Well, mobile phones these days are designed to help us keep up. Whether it be email, blogging, or social media, if you have an iPhone… “There’s an app for that.” :)

1. Facebook (FREE)
A true Facebook addict cannot stay away for too long. The Facebook Mobile app for iPhone, allows you to update your status, check up on Friends, view your FB mail, and even upload photos and tag them.

2. Im+ Lite (FREE/9.99)
Im+ allows you to sign into to several Instant Messenging services. It supports AOL, Yahoo, MSN, Google Talk, Jabber, ICQ, Myspace, and Facebook (paid version only).

3. Tweetie (2.99)
Tweetie is an awesome Twitter app. You can read tweets, post tweets, read your mentions or replies, your DMs, and the best part.. you can save favorite searches to follow hashtags and Twitter parties, and you can even seek out other Tweeters in your area using the Nearby function.

4. Ebay (FREE)
Ebay is awesome if you are on the run and get a reminder that an auction you are watching is ending soon. You can search Ebay, big, watch items, and check your Ebay messages.

5. Amazon Mobile (FREE)
Imagine being in the store and you wonder if something you want to buy might be cheaper on Amazon.com. This app is awesome. You can search and even purchase items right from your phone.

6. Google RSS Reader (FREE)
This is web based, but it gets the job done. It’s awesome because you can view all your feeds that you normal read in your Google reader on your PC! Just visit http://www.google.com/reader from Safari on your phone, and then bookmark it.

7. Chase, Bank of America, or your bank Mobile App (FREE)
Need to check your balance or transfer $$? I have used both the Chase mobile app and the Bank of America mobile app. They are both great, slick, and easy to use. Both are secure as well requiring you to log in everytime you open the app before you can touch your account.

8. Paypal
If you run a business, or make purchases from Ebay having Paypal right on your phone is awesome. There are some limitations which I hope they add soon. But right now it supports checking your balance, sending money, and viewing your account history.

9. WordPress Mobile (FREE)
Have a great idea for a blog post and just can’t wait to get to your computer? You can peck it out while you wait at the docs office or wherever with WordPress Mobile Edition. You can setup multiple blogs, either self hosted or on WordPress.com. It’s fast and easy and works great.

These are just a few of the apps that you can get. There are literally thousands of apps that are good for something! What are some of your favorites?
