Written by Rodolfo Costa and published by AuthorHouse, it is “a collection of 409 thoughts, quotes, lessons, ideas, suggestions, reminders and words of advice and encouragement to help you lead a more prosperous, rewarding, peaceful, happy and fulfilling life.” Topics range from family, to love, money, manners, parenting, and worry.
Product Pros
You will hear your mother on these pages…”Smile and introduce yourself when you enter a gathering full of strangers.” Your father….”Do not live on credit. Do not spend money that you do not have on things that you do not really need,” and maybe your favorite uncle…”Sometimes what you see as the end could be the start of a new and better beginning.” These are short, to the point, pick it up anywhere and read a few or read 20 pages. Leave this book out on the table, in the guest room, or right there in the “office”. Re-reading is expected!
Product Cons
Like so much of that parental advice we have received and given, a couple of them won’t mean much to you until you Learn the Lesson; and some of them are a bit tired. “The grass is not always greener on the other side”. Also, I suspect the title might be a bit of an obstacle — who doesn’t cringe at the word “Advice”?
Product Summary
Overall, this is a great little packet of wisdom to keep or share. As Rodolfo Costa hopes, it might just motivate you “to start and/or continue in your journey to become a better person and achieve the success you desire.”
