Bonding as a Long Distance Grandma

Being a grandma, or Nana, is one of the most amazing experiences I have ever had! Fortunately for me, my grandkids only live in a town 30 miles away, so I get to see them often and be a part of their lives as they grow up. But, how do you create that bond with your grandkids if you live hours or hundreds of miles away?
