Contest Rules and Conditions

By entering Type-A Mom Giveaways

You agree to the following Rules and Conditions:

• Valid email address required.
• Entries can be made by leaving a comment in the boxes provided at the end of each giveaway post.
• Entries with email address in the body will be deleted. Please use the boxes provided.
• No purchase necessary.
• One comment entry per giveaway, duplicate entries will be deleted.
• Linking your site in your entry is considered spam and will be deleted. Your name will be linked to your site if you fill out all the boxes in the comment form correctly.
• Type-A Mom and Foodie Mama editors are not eliglble to enter giveaways.
• You may enter all contests but win only one contest in the giveaways.
• Type-A Mom and Foodie Mama reserve the right to correct any errors and amend prizes if necessary at any time during or after the giveaway.
• In no way is a contract given or implied between the winner and Type-A Mom or Foodie Mama. We will do our best to provide the prize as listed but there are no guarantees.
• Winner has three (3) days to respond to notification email. Only one email notification will be sent.
• If no response in three (3) days of receipt of notification email, the next name on the list will become the winner.
• If you win you must provide us with a legal name, mailing address (no P.O. Box) and phone number.
• By providing your mailing information to giveaways@typeamom.net, you are granting permission to forward your name and address only to the sponsor of the giveaway for the mailing of the prize, this is when your information (name and address) is shared with a third party.
• Entering the contest means you understand this and agree.
• Type-A Mom and Foodie Mama are not liable for third party privacy rules or mailing list sign ups.
• Contest open to residents of the United States of America and Canada.
• Shipping may be otherwise limited by the third party providing the prize.
• Type-Mom and Foodie Mama does not accept responsibility for items that are shipped by the third party sponsor.
