DIY Eggnog Latte

My favorite Green Mountain Coffee flavors are the holiday flavors. I received my latest shipment of coffee, and was thrilled to get the Spicy Eggnog and Gingerbread K-Cup portion packs to try out. I decided to experiment a little to recreate a coffee shop Eggnog Latte, and the result was actually even tastier.

I brewed the Spicy Eggnog, and then used eggnog instead of creamer. I topped that with whipped cream and sprinkled cinnamon on top (or, another time, I made it with apple pie spice sprinkled on top, which also tasted great).

No, it isn’t technically a latte, but it tasted amazing. I also know Keurig makes a milk steamer than you could use to steam eggnog as an alternative way to make this.

You can also do the same thing with the Gingerbread K-Cup portion to recreate a gingerbread latte.
