Five Easy Ways to Update Any Wardrobe
The fabulous folks at TJ Maxx shared this article with me which has some fabulous tips for updating any wardrobe.
- Color – Adding a Pop of color to any outfit can easily make something old look new. Canary yellow is a top “must have” this season.
- Alternative Length Pant – From wider capris and sailor styles, to tighter fitting “cigarette” pants, any length goes.
- Handbags – Steal the fashion scene with an oversized, attention-grabbing handbag in bright yellow, orange or red. Fringe is in! Look for bags with details like cowgirl or gilded fringe fabric to create a hippie-bohemian look.
- Dresses – Wrap dresses, maxi dresses, mini dresses, halter dresses…anything goes!
- Statement Making Jewelry – Over-sized chunky necklaces, cuff bracelets and brooches are the way to stand-out! One to two pieces makes the look pop. TJ Maxx has an amazing jewelry department, with unique, designer pieces from all over the world at incredible values.
