Gemini Greetings Fills Multiple Void

Gemini Greetings could, quite possibly, be one of the most inventive and unique online boutiques you’ve never heard of.

In January 2007, Angelice Tyson, a Mom of 3 including a set of twin boys, frantically searched for an appropriate birthday card for her twins to present later that day at a friend’s party. “I would have been happy with a card from two kids, but that just wasn’t possible.” Like other highly creative parents of twins who find a void in a particular multiples market, Angelice, out of frustration, founded Gemini Greetings LLC, a new online shop specializing in stationery from twins and multiples.

“When I think back to the boys first & second birthdays, I can’t tell you how many cards were scratched out and revised to fit for twins.”

Gemini Greetings features a wide variety of greeting cards featuring adorable, cheerful illustrations of twins, triplets and quads which are designed to be given from more than one child. Single cards are available as are packs of eight and, for a minimal extra cost, Gemini Greetings will customize a pack of cards, even mail the cards, too.

Angelice also discovered a new niche in the twins/multiples market which she began addressing with her Father’s Day line: families of multiples and singleton(s). “We were inundated with requests for designs representing families with only one child and then those families like my own with a set of multiples and sibling or two that are singletons. Father’s Day designs offered singletons and the Halloween cards will also offer this variety.”

What’s more, Gemini Greetings was born after Angelice, like many Moms of multiples, suffered and recovered from a bout of severe depression. She credits her husband, her mother and the support system of fellow moms of twins with seeing her through those debilitating, dark days. “My mom took all three of my children for four weeks, allowing me to completely recover both physically and emotionally. The days were quiet and truly were what I needed to find my ‘old self’ again.”

When asked about what the future holds for Gemini Greetings, Angelice let us in on some surprises. “We will soon be adding custom cookies supplied by 350 Cookie Lane. They will be available in all of our designs and baked to order. It is a great custom gift or favor for any celebration.”
