Brands aren’t the only ones who are jumping on the Pinterest bandwagon, charities and nonprofits are also grabbing up accounts and pinning away. Charities and nonprofits are looking to add interest and maybe even garner more awareness for their causes through the use of Pinterest. While the use of Pinterest has generally been the social network of choice for women, with 70% of the users being female, more and more people are signing on to pin their favorite posts, products and now, causes.
