Where to Find Free Beauty Samples
I am always enamored with many of the new beauty products that come out year after year. I love to try new things. In fact, I usually obsess about new beauty products until I get to try them. One of the greatest things about many new beauty products is that companies generously sample them for a while. Some a few months and others can be found in sample size a year or even more after they are introduced to the marketplace.
Since I have developed this obsession, I have also learned how to get the majority of these samples or at least the ones that I want. There some people devoted soley to trying to get every sample that they want for free, I am not one of those people. I have requested samples in the past, some that I do not need just get a sample and believe, years later when moving, I still have those samples as I am packing boxes to move. So use caution and try to get samples that you need or will use.
Many of my favorite companies for beauty products, have websites. And the majority of these sites, have newsletters or even offer coupons so I am signed up with all of my favorites. Here are my suggestions of websites to register with if you like their products or they sell a product that you like.
Also a word of caution, I do not like the sites where you have to register for something or look at all of these free offers to get a supposed sample. While I am sure that some of these may be legit, my time is valuable and I just register with the website of the company who makes the product.
Aveda – Birthday club with gift on your b-day and samples
Eveorganics- this was just recently listed in Ladies Home Journal as giving one sample away each month. These are great samples!
L’Oreal Paris USA Website – Great samples and coupons
Olay – They have the best skincare items which I use on a daily basis.
Pantene – I love the shampoo and became a Pantene Insider.
Wal-Mart – They give out a lot of free samples for the products that I use all of the time. Many of the samples come with coupons for the products. This is one of my favorite places to get samples.
Here are a couple of forums that I belong and they always have great posts for some amazing samples (requires a sign-up to access some forums):
Good websites or blogs that post free beauty samples:
Total Beauty – They have a newsletter that you can sign up for to get beauty samples.
Finally, while this technically after buying something, I am still convinced that the absolute best samples out there are available from Sephora. I have gotten some amazing samples every time that I shop there or when I shop online. Go here to see what the current samples available. I just learned that Ulta does the same thing as well.
